Starachowice is the headquarter and one of largest towns of Świętokrzyskie county. This area is placed 20 km from Łysogóry – the main chain of Świętokrzyskie Mountains . As one of the cleanest regions of Poland and situated in beautiful valley of Kamienna river, this area remains of the oldest in Europe .

    Primary School nr 10 in Starachowice in the only school in town which the idea integrated teaching and learning has been incorporated in. There are 598 students included 60 mentally or physically handicapped and 74 teachers. The school takes all children between 7 – 13 years old. The management and teachers of the school seek for new educational paths that could provide students with possibilities of developing and expanding their skills in the area of science, art and sport as well as respect towards individuals.
